Have a return?
You have 30 days to send back your new/unused clothing. We will fully refund you for any qualifying current product(s) (less shipping costs. If your original order qualified for "free" shipping, your return amount will still have the actual ship costs deducted). Online credit is given on clearance/sale product(s) and any Direct To Garment item(s) which include non-premium t-shirts (most graphic tees) and pullover hoodies as well as some accessories.
Simply send an email (reply to the email with your order receipt) with the following:
- Full Name
- Phone Number + Email
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
We will send you a follow up reply with any needed information and details.
Want to exchange?
To swap your new/unused clothing item(s) for something else, just return it by following the above steps and then place a new online order for what you want. We refund your original unused item(s) once they arrive and you get your new order placed quickly so we don't run out waiting on the product(s) you send back. *All exchanges need to be made within 30 days, and all item(s) must be new/unused to qualify. **Clearance items do not qualify for exchanges unless is it is for the same item(s) (in a different size).
Please Note:
- All item(s) need to be unused and in original/new condition. Please make sure to take care that no cotton eating moths, rabid jackals, or jealous siblings damage the goods prior to you sending the item(s) back.
- Returns must include all packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
- If your return or exchange comes back to us and the above requirements are not met, we may send the items back to you at our discretion.
