Our guarantee means that if we messed something up or you received bad service (we like to think this is not possible here...but bad days do happen) we will take care of you in whatever way it takes to put a smile on your face. Replacements or refunds - we will do our best to go above and beyond to ensure Northwest Riders is a name you remain proud to represent. While the guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage to items from improper use or accidents ... we will replace or refund you for any product that has a manufacturing defect.
