Selecting someone for the team at Northwest Riders really boils down to one thing...Does this person suck?
What underlies that question are a lot of variables. Will this person represent our brand well? Do they have a personality that fits with our values? Do they handle themselves well when interacting with fans, friends, teammates, and the like? Can this person ride...do they have some skills in their respective sport?
We do ask oursleves a lot of questions. For us, it is just as important, if not more-so, that each of our riders have a good attitude and outlook on life as opposed to whether they are the 'best' at their discipline. Call us crazy, but a rider with a good work ethic, and that all important attitude is who we tend to desire to come on board and grow with us.
We have plenty of opportunities to be a part of our team. Some of the sports we involve our company in have more of a full roster for the team than others...but we encourage you if you are reading this and think you may have what it takes to visit the various 'Apply Now' pages on the left under whichever sport you'd like to represent.
